This medal of honour was presented by the City of Saint-Eustache to Emergency Preparedness Department volunteers in recognition of their work during the Goyer station gasoline spill in April, 1978. One side of the medal has illustrations of the incident and the other shows the City of Saint-Eustache coat of arms.
