If we look at the values of the Fire Department, the first thing is integrity. I think it’s really important for employees, firefighters, members of the Fire Department, to show integrity toward the citizens. To show integrity in their work. It’s a fantastic job, but it comes with a lot of responsibility. And we also have to give back to the citizens. Another value is safety – our citizens’ safety, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. That puts a lot of pressure on the members of the Fire Safety Department. But also, the safety of our employees, our members. Making sure that everyone comes home safe and sound every night. And the last value is loyalty. Loyalty in the sense that you’ve got to be loyal to each other. It’s teamwork. So, we need to know we can depend on each other, and we need to trust everyone. And the citizens are entitled to our unwavering loyalty, especially in an emergency situation.
