Aurora Horse Show Crowd, 1969

The 1969 Aurora Horse Show was also the homecoming welcome for Canada’s Gold Medal Equestrian Team who were fresh off their win at the Mexico City 1968 Summer Olympic Games.

Approximately 10,000 people came to the Horse Show that year to take in the annual festivities and welcome home the Olympic Champions.
