Queen’s York Rangers- Cadet Program, c. 1970s

Queen’s York Rangers 2799, Army Cadet Corps
The highlight of the Cadet year came every spring with the annual inspection and parade. Proud parents filled the park and the event was reported on with great detail in the local newspaper.
The Cadets and the Queen’s York Rangers were based out of the Aurora Armoury until 2012 at which point they moved into a new Armoury, permanently vacating the one in Town Park.
