School’s Out For the Summer, 1926

When final exams were finished students from the neighbouring Aurora High School (seen in the background) would flock to Town Park for a celebratory picnic.

This photo was taken on May 6, 1926 and shows some fifth form (equivalent of grade 11) girls relaxing on a bench in Town Park after completing their final exams.
