Guisachan House in Inverness-shire, Scotland was built in the 1850s by Lord Tweedmouth, Lady Aberdeen’s father, as the family holiday home. Lady Aberdeen named Guisachan House in Kelowna after her Scottish Guisachan.
The house, now in ruins, had its roof removed to avoid paying taxes.
