St. James the Apostle Second Church
St. James Archival Committee’s photo archive.
Black and white photo of “St. James the Apostle on the Hill” in Fenelon Falls, circa 1960. The foundation of this church is still on the hill, though it is full of poison ivy. The windows from the original church are in the collection at the Fenelon Museum. In the 1960s, the second church became a youth hostel, and then abandoned. It burned about 1969.
