Cochrane House

Cochrane House, Archibald’s Hotel to the locals, was a popular destination for visitors and notably aviators. They would hang out there while they waited for plane repairs or improved weather, enjoy meals or stay there overnight.

A hotel and restaurant continues to exist there today, called Hotel Harbour Grace.
