Funeral of the Red Baron (silent)

A video filmed by members of the Australian Expeditionary Force during their burial of Manfred von Richthofen in 1918. He was buried with full military honours.
Transcript:
0:00-0:18 Scene opens with large group of Australian soldiers going over and dismantling wreckage of an airplane. Camera pans over the group stripping parts off the plane. 0:19-0:28 The camera focuses on two men holding and examining a machine gun and then pans over to a third man on the right also examining a machine gun while other soldiers look on in the background. The guns are held up by the men to be clearly filmed. 0:28-0:38 Two men walk down a road with people milling about on the banks above them and several large military trucks are parked on the road. The men are carrying large flower wreaths. 0:38-0:42 Two lines of Australian soldiers are standing facing each other with a crowd in the background. The soldiers have guns on their shoulders and they come to attention. 0:42-1:04 Six soldiers place a flower covered coffin in the back of a military truck. Two soldiers in Australian uniforms are in the back of the truck and help lift the coffin in. 1:04-1:16 Approximately ten soldiers walk ahead of the truck in formation. Soldiers at the side of the road gather and watch the truck pass. The truck with the coffin slowly follows the soldiers and the six pall bearers follow it. 1:16-1:55 Following a priest in white robes the six pall bearers carry the coffin into a cemetery. A large crowd gathers behind them as they positon the coffin for burial and a group of soldiers in formation marches past the coffin. 1:55-2:35 The priest conducts the service and the flowers and wreaths are removed from the coffin. The coffin is lowered into the grave. 2:35-3:04 Two rows of soldiers deliver a gun salute. The camera pans over rows of soldiers, many have removed their hats. The priest speaks while soldiers standing at attention look on. 3:04-3:26 The service is finished. Soldiers put on their hats and begin to disperse while a small group begins to fill in the grave while some others look on. 3:26-3:33 The film ends and the crest for the Australian Commonwealth Military Forces, a kings crown surrounded by a sunburst is visible on the screen. 3:33-3:43 The logo for the Australian War Memorial, the outline of a building, is visible with their website address www.awm.gov.au. Film ends.
