One of two bottles [including 1985.035.001a-c] containing Chinese grave markers found in Little Mountain cemetery on August 30, 1982. They were discovered by Mr. Ganton, a member of the I.O.O.F. (Independent Order of Odd Fellows) Cemetery Board.

FICTION – Chinese funerals were the second largest social event, behind the Chinese New Year celebrations. Funerals would take place at Little Mountain cemetery that came to be known as the “Chinese Cemetery”.
