Turquoise water of Wedgemount Lake

The turquoise water reflects against a glimmer of sunlight. Behind lies the dark brown rocky banks and the tip of the glacier rises up towards the bare rocky peak and the grey clouds.

The turquoise water of the glacial-fed Wedgemount Lake ripples in the wind. Wedgemount Lake is located below Wedge Glacier and Mountain in what is known as a hanging alpine valley.
