The condominium units facing south offer an unparalleled view of Cobourg harbour during the changing seasons.  The Canada geese and other water birds were the subject of considerable controversy during 2014-15 when a town resident was ticketed for feeding them. Protests were organized, presentations made to Council and by-law amendments proposed.
