This is a patch for The Pas Elks Lodge No. 135 and was used by a former member. As a fraternal organisation, regalia is important to the Elks, but it is not mandatory for any member. This has always been the policy for the Elks. A brochure for members affirms that “[w]ith or without regalia, you are an equal member of the Order”.
