John A. Campbell

John A. Campbell was a member of Rotary. He was a District Governor Nominee 116 for District Rotary International in July 1939.

This photograph was likely taken in the late 1930s or early 1940s. J. A. Campbell was the first Commissioner in the office of Commissioner of Northern Manitoba. The office was opened in The Pas in 1916.
