People are in their swimming outfits with a few of them wading into the water. There is little beach but lots of trees (primarily coniferous trees) in the background.

The Pas Lodge has provided for its Mason members and the larger community over the years. Social gatherings for members and their families were common, including picnics at Clearwater Lake just north of The Pas. This picture was probably taken at Clearwater Lake.
