Mr. Fred Austin Woodward

This photo is of Fred Austin Woodward, an active member of the Boy Scout Association, but also a Life Member of The Pas Masonic Lodge. He served as Master Mason in 1950 – 51. He was born in Port Arthur Ontario in 1909 and came to The Pas in 1919, living here almost continuously until 1957. He served in the Guard militia unit during World War II. He had been employed here for many years by Transport Ltd. and the Indian Affairs Branch. After leaving The Pas, he was employed by the Federal Government in Winnipeg.  He passed away in 1972.
