Photograph showing Mr. J. A. Campbell. He had a Bachelor of Laws and was a 32 Degree Mason (within the Scottish Rite of Masonry). He was a Rotarian and at one time District Governor. He was the first Commissioner of Northern Manitoba when the office opened up in The Pas in 1916. He was a Federal Member 1918-1922 or 1923. He was Provincial M.L.A. for Dauphin. He died November 27, 1963 and was buried at Lakeside Cemetery, The Pas.
