This ticket is for the Cradle Club’s “Supper Dance at the King Edward Hotel [on] Tuesday, May 17th, at 10 p.m. [featuring] Luigi Romanelli’s Orchestra”.

The society pages noted that at this event there were “lovely gowns on pretty girls”. The newspapers went into great detail to describe what each Cradle Club member wore to the dance.
