An elaborate point system for sewing and knitting was outlined for members in the Cradle Club rulebook.
The rule states, ““Each member is required to have at least 500 points for sewing in the year, i.e., from January 1st to December 31st, but must have 50 points a month or 150 at the end of the first and second quarters and 200 for the last quarter, and no excuses will be accepted. Delinquent Members will be required to pay the fine of 5c a point under the required number or resign.”
