Helping a Community – Amber McGarvey-Moreland

Amber McGarvey-Moreland was born and raised in Orillia and has only fond memories of her time growing up in the Sunshine City. Her family was heavily involved with everything arts, and the local culture became instilled in her at a very young age.

Following in her loved-ones footsteps is important to Amber, and she’s working hard to carry forward her family’s kind history.

Today, Amber is leaving her mark as a mother of two, a wife, a Gift Officer at the Royal Victoria Hospital Foundation, and as co-director of Orillia’s Ripple of Kindness Chapter, a non-profit organization that brings like-minded women together to make charitable impacts on local organizations.
