Helping a Community – Amber McGarvey-Moreland
Amber McGarvey-Moreland was born and raised in Orillia and has only fond memories of her time growing up in the Sunshine City. Her family was heavily involved with everything arts, and the local culture became instilled in her at a very young age.
They spent their time going to art galleries, openings, museums, everything in the downtown core, and summer festivals like Leacock Heritage and Mariposa Folk Festival.
