When Stuart visited the museum to give his oral history interview in 2020, this anvil (date unknown) immediately caught his attention. A similar anvil was at his place of work and was used as a test of strength by railway employees. They were asked to lift it to prove their merit. When Stuart was asked, he lifted the anvil with one of the workers on top of it. He felt that he gained some respect and recognition after this occurred.
