Exert from deed for water rights: To have and to hold the said water rights and the water privileges of and every part thereof unto, and to the use of the said Forman C. Hawboldt his heirs and assigns to his and their sole use, benefit forever, in witness whereof the parties to these present have herewithto their hands and seals set and affixed the day and year first above written. Signed, Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of O.E. Williams, Justice of the Peace and Ellen Williams by Benjamine Mills, John Stanford and Annie Mills. Signed this day the 20th of April , 1912.
