Randy Segboer, mentor

One of the main aims of the Honour Guard is to remember fallen members of the Department, and the profession generally. Some of the Guard have deep personal attachments to this cause, having served with firefighters who are no longer with us. Jennifer Hall joined the Honour Guard following the death of her training instructor, Randy Segboer, from presumptive cancer. Randy was a long time fire training teacher in Alberta, whose service touched the lives of many Calgary firefighters.
