Building Inspections

Bill: Building inspection, they put a resident building inspector and we had to pay for him, and we had to provide him with a little shed. Central Mortgage and Housing [Corp] already had their own inspectors. When you got up to a certain stage you had to the electricians came in and checked all the things that needed doing. Central Mortgage and Housing had to clear the house at various stages and where you got your funding, then additional money was made available to you, using that portion of the house as the collateral.
