The first consideration in the labour question is that every member of the co-operative be required to put in his quota of work on the project. The type of work may vary with the members’ physical condition and talents, but every man must put in at least his minimum number of hours. While it is necessary to fill certain offices such as President and Vice President, the holding of these offices does not exclude these people from doing their fair share of construction work.
