Announcing the Sweat Equity exhibit

On August 13, 2016, 60 years after the families had moved into their co-operatively built homes, they were invited for a special co-op family day at the Grimsby Museum, so they could renew friendships and view the Sweat Equity exhibit with their families. Parent builders were given a free pass to visit whenever they wished. The working group was grateful for the help of Grimsby’s local cultural institutions – the archives, the library and the museum – for helping tell this unique story of co-operation.
