In the true spirit of co-operation, the various groups were required to share what they learned, whether it was a particular house plan and ways of doing things more efficiently.
Don Gay is sitting in a chair in a home in the centre of the screen.
[DON] We went to, we actually went to Peterborough, some of our meetings.
[JANET – off screen] Now why Peterborough?
[DON} Well because that that cooperative group had already been in play.
[JANET- off Screen] Oh they already were?
[DON] so we were there to kind of get a little bit of first-hand information from them. I forget how many trips we made I think we also made a trip to Ottawa but that was more for the finance guys I was on the finance committee with Mike Clancy.
[JANET – off Camera] You were?
[DON] And, well it was it was a lot of recording that we did because we had to take a lot of personal information from people so they could evaluate how much they could financially put into the project and make sure that you know we could be successful
