Handwritten notes for newspaper article

This handwritten announcement by Bob Walsh turned up in the Grimsby Historical Society Archives, along with the final printed version. Walsh was a strong believer in the co-operative method, with its combination of education, co-operation and the use of sweat equity toward a down payment. As the article notes, the weekly study-group meetings required each member to participate fully by working through the guide. The eight booklets covered financial, construction, and legal aspects of homebuilding, though co-operation was the most important element.
