Gaston Turcotte settled in Grondines in 1975. He bought a small storefront where he set up a modest boutique to sell his wood carvings. Conveniently located just off Route 138, his work and business are gaining in recognition. Accompanied by his wife Francine Hawkins, summers are punctuated by the comings and goings of passing tourists.
