The meeting of roads and railroads has always been the scene of unfortunate tragedies. This photo of a car accident at the junction of the road leading to Saint-Casimir and the railroad at Grondines 3rd Line allows us to see the now-defunct station, as well as the long-gone Marcotte Hotel (center). The house on the right still stands.
