The parish hall, located right in front of the church, was the meeting place par excellence. This photo archive, taken from Les Grondines, a book written by parish priest Laurent Leclerc to mark the village’s 300th anniversary, illustrates the division between the men’s and women’s sections of the hall. On the left, we can see the low stone wall surrounding the cemetery.
