Margaret Sparks remembers the “Nut King” chocolate bar

In this audio clip, Margaret Sparks recalls her favorite chocolate bar from the Adler Chocolate Factory:

[Margaret Sparks] There was one they made- it was called “Nut King.” And I don’t know if there’s one on the market today like it. It was all nuts and caramel, and that was put in under a big roller and that was rolled out to the thickness.Then it was chopped up into size, like in a bar-sized. Then it was put through on this line where you would coat it with the chocolate. And when it would come out the other end, then of course, it was ready to package, like wrap up. They were good, and they were as good when they would come out of [the processing line] first and they were right warm, like the caramel and the nuts were just like they were toasted. I loved eating those.
