Paul Zaborowski Collection
Date: ca. 1940s
The Club Balsam Snack Bar was located on the west side of Highway 35 in the village of Rosedale. With its log construction, the snack bar evoked the rustic surroundings that attracted many tourists to the area. Apart from its coffee bar, grill, and soda fountain, Club Balsam also sold British-American gasoline and oil to motorists passing through Rosedale.
