Robert W. Reford was a book collector and salmon enthusiast. He loved books and had a library full of rare and interesting volumes. He had many dealers looking out for books to indulge his reading and collecting interests. This invoice from 1923 is for 12 fishing books, presumably to allow him to learn more about the salmon and their habitat. Several of these books are today in our collection and on display in Estevan Lodge.
