Chinese owned laundromat from 1912, named Mr. Lee Hong’s Laundromat, before it and many other Chinese owned business were forced to relocate due to the development of Toronto City Hall in what is now Nathan Philip’s Square.
The signs on the building read ‘GHONG YEE LAUNDRY’ and ‘DUNLOP TIRES, BICYCLES’
