Alice L. Truesdale

In 1919, Alice L. Truesdale brought this ring home from the War. Alice was born in Waterford, Ontario in 1892, and trained to be a nurse in Guelph, Ontario. After the War, she became the matron of the Military Hospital in Kitchener, Ontario. In September 1919, she suddenly fell ill and died of spinal meningitis at the age of 27.
