This pipe belonged to Arthur Robb Milne who was born in 1894 and signed up for the First World War in Montreal, Quebec. He was a Lieutenant with the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (PPCLI) and was awarded The Military Medal in April 1916 for bravery in the field.
