Toasts and menu for the 1923 banquet in honour of Segis May Echo at the Agassiz Dominion Experimental Farm. Inkman’s Orchestra played while the guests dined on olives, celery, salad; roast Holstein-Friesian veal, pork, Easter lamb; escalloped potatoes, rolls; Cheshire, Cream and Pont l’Eveque cheese; and ice cream and cake with Holstein-Friesian milk.
