A Banquet in Honour of a Cow

In 1923 the Agassiz Dominion Experimental Farm held a banquet in honour of champion cow Segis May Echo. In one year, she produced 30,886 pounds of milk and 1681.25 pounds of butter. The banquet was held at the Farm on March 14, 1923.
