Milk Train during the 1948 Flood

Many milk cannisters on a rail car at the Agassiz CPR Station during the 1948 Fraser River flood. Farmers hold a sign, “The CPR Carries On.” Despite the flood washing out part of the railway, farmers worked hard to get the milk to the train.
