They shoot and score!

During the course of its existence, the Verdun Auditorium welcomed a number of local and regional hockey teams, both junior and senior. Among the many teams in Verdun Minor Hockey Association, the Verdun Leafs had been skating on the Auditorium’s rink since its opening to the public. Whether in the Atom, Pee-wee, Bantam or Midget categories, the Verdun Leafs won many minor hockey championship games. That team was only one example among others, of local teams who played at the Verdun arena and were successful.
