Transcript:
My name is Gilles Tétreault. I worked at Joseph Papin from 1949 to 1967. In 1967, I transferred to Lafayette until 1993. I worked 17 years at Papin’s and 27 at Lafayette’s. I worked in footwear because my parents worked there. First, I worked at Chez Philippe, the restaurant, and then they had an opening for me when I was about 16 years old. I was 16 but for my parents it was different: they started when they were 12-13 years old.
