Even on the roofs!

La Fête de la St-Jean-Baptiste (St. Jean Baptiste Day) has always been an occasion for La Butte à Mathieu to provide public festivities for several days. The 1969 festivities were particularly celebrated as it was also the 10th anniversary of La Butte and the second year of the Republic of La Butte.
