Demolition

The new owner of the Butte complex, Robert Lanthier, took over but struggled to recapture the energy of the past. Until the end of the 1980s, the old café-theatre put on shows, often in the form of dinner shows or “murder mystery” dinners. But over the years, the building on rue Monty was abandoned and finally demolished in 2006.
