The Congregation acquired its first farm from Reverend Eugène Grenon in 1933; a half-lot of land, as measured at the time. Then, in 1935, they purchased neighbouring fields equivalent to ¾ of a lot from Mr. Diego Villeneuve. The acquisition included buildings, animals, poultry, and a summer house.
