Construction and expansion projects seemed never-ending on the farm, as the needs were great. In 1947, the farm supplied three meals per day to some 250 people. In 1955, the convent was home to 525 nuns and 300 boarders and school children from the Congregation’s various schools (Practice School, Teacher Training School, and Family Institute).
