Fermes Solidar adhered to a very strong social mission, aiming to help young people integrate the job market. Partnerships with local organisations were created, allowing young people to get work experience in a farm setting. Secondary school, college and university students came to the farm to learn about social economy programs. The projects turned the farm into a genuine environmental and agricultural awareness raising project.
