A Tradition that Dates Back Several Generations

If Jérémie Beaulieu continues the family tradition, he will belong to his family’s fifth generation of eel fishers in Rivière-Ouelle. Whenever he can, he accompanies his parents Marie-Josée Malenfant and Simon Beaulieu when they make the rounds of their eel traps or do other chores.
