Shipping Fresh Fish to Montréal

Every week, the Neptune Restaurant on Mansfield Street in Montréal used to send a truck to pick up fresh fish from Misaël Labrecque in Saint-Michel-de-Bellechasse. The fish were placed in the tank of the truck through hatches in the roof.
